David Godfrey


Co-founder of Momentum Partnership, David is the driving force behind the company. He is responsible for the profitable development of our business through the effective delivery of projects by our sales & marketing and business management systems consultancy arms.

David has extensive knowledge of the manufacturing and construction sectors and has a wealth of experience working with companies to deliver profitable growth.

David is directly involved in assisting our clients to develop and implement their strategic marketing plans and working with them to get the best from their management systems.

Heather Davies


Coming from a background in high pressure  b2b sales Heather understands the techniques needed to convert your marketing strategies into sales.

Initially joining Momentum  in a telesales role she has demonstrated, through her success in managing projects and the contribution that she has made to the development of our team and systems that her true role is in Operations Management.

In this role she uses her key strength in managing the implementation of our clients’ marketing strategies, successfully turning them into reality and sales.

Her success in this role has ensured that we have achieved a very high level of client retention.

Adam Grice


Adam has a proven track record in the development, implementation and maintenance of management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 & ISO1090.

Using his strong analytical skills and meticulous work ethic to manage projects Adam has contributed to Momentum’s 100% right first time record of certifications.

Adam is responsible for a portfolio of our clients who rely on him to manage their management systems and assist them to get the most benefit from them. Those benefits can be derived in many ways such as assisting them to streamline processes, reduce costs or comply with legislation.

Magda Baldwin


Magda’s focus is on marketing strategy for our clients. She listens carefully to gain understanding of their needs and business objectives in order to ensure that every stage of the implementation runs smoothly and that they achieve their goals.

She produces engaging email campaigns which emphasise our client’s unique selling points and promotes their wide range of products and services.

Whether it is an email copy, website content or marketing collateral, Magda is always ready to work with clients to make sure the right message is sent out.

Lesley Maynard


Lesley has been a vital member of the Momentum Partnership team for over 10 years. Her strengths lie in relationship building and lead nurturing which is testament to her natural ability to gather key information and communicate effectively with both her clients and prospects.

Peter Regan


Pete plays a pivotal role in our telemarketing team! His ability to sell is second to none, due to his relaxed phone manner, intuitive listening ability and detailed follow up.

He has the ability to react to the varied personalities within our clients’ target audience and develop his relationship with them in order to achieve results, building strong relationships and developing sales pipelines.
