Parker Precision are looking to enhance their sales and marketing strategy in order to create and maintain a consistent flow of new business opportunities. Due to lack of time or the in-house resource to meet this objective they see their need for an external partner to assist in booking meaningful meetings with decision makers.
Momentum Partnership prepared a sales and marketing strategy consisting of a core telemarketing service, supported by email marketing. It would utilise our Momentum CRM system and data management expertise in order to develop a pipeline of new opportunities and maximise business potential. Momentum Partnership worked alongside Parker Precision Limited to design and develop a new-look corporate website that better reflects a modern, forward thinking company and its offering.
Phase one of this partnership was focused on designing and developing Parker Precision’s new website which included producing new imagery to support the website content.
The new website is already displaying some positive results with page one search engine rankings for primary keywords including ‘Precision Engineering West Midlands’, as well as increasing monthly visitor numbers by around 20%.
Phase two focuses on sales strategy. A database of contacts, fitting Parker Precision’s profile description, was created on Momentum CRM. Data is cleansed on a regular basis to provide a firm foundation for marketing activities. Momentum then implemented a communication strategy utilising combined email and telemarketing activity, with both prospects and dormant customers, in order to bring in new enquiries and help secure long term business accounts.
